Dr. Thomas was very professional and seemed to genuinely care about your problems. He listened well and was very thorough in his exam. The staff seemed very pleasant, although the phone system needs improving.

Im sorry, but you can never get in to see this Dr. That is why I switched primarys. I was very sick and they told me "two weeks" I said, "I wont be sick in two weeks", I was told with attitude "well then maybe you should go to urgent care" I told them, YOU are my primary, I should be able to get in to see my own doctor. After threatening to leave their practice at that point they Squeezed me in. I waited over 1.5 hrs in the waiting room and then another 45 in the room just to get an intern. After that day I switched primary's. It is rediculous.
