The receptionist was nice and had conversation while waiting to see the Doctor. Dr, Tipon was nice has a sense of humor. However he kind of ignored my statement when I said i have pain in my left hand (dominant) but said I have Carpal Tunnel in right hand????

My appointment was at 4:00 pm. It is now 4:50 and I have yet to be seen. I can not stand doctors who overbook just to make more money. That is greed at its finest. My time is just as important as his. If we could start billing doctors for wasted time I am sure they would stop this ridiculous behavior.

This was my first time in Dr. Tipton office. He is really a awesome doctor. He made me feel comfort doing the testing. Great sense of humor. Will refer him to others.

Dr. Tipton took excellent care of my mother. Would recommend him to everyone!!

I showed up early for my first appointment as requested, papers filled out and ready to go, they gave me 2 more sheets to fill out and was told to have a seat. After ONE HOUR I still had not been seen and both receptions had left, I waited again and when no one showed up I wrote a note saying I could no longer wait and I had left. His time is no more valuable than my time. There has to be better time management in his office.

After almost an hour in the waiting room I finally see the dr and he asks where I have been having the most issue and the totally ignores that area. This was my second EMG and he did a half assed job. Doctors expect you to arrive on time but they are free to make you wait as long as they want and then perform shoddy service. Dont waste your time and the insuance companies money!

I have been sitting in the waiting room for an HOUR and still have not seen the doctor. The staff has pretty much ignored me. This is my first visit and if I didn't really need an EMG, I would be out of here. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.
