Dr. To grew up in Orange County and attended University of California, Irvine for his undergraduate degree and he received his dental degree from UCLA. Dr. To looks forward to getting to know his patients. He makes every effort to provide quality care by taking the time to understand the needs of his patients and making sure they are comfortable and well-informed. When Dr. To isn't working, he values spending time with his wife, Han, and their new daughter, Alyssa, and enjoys getting together with family and friends.
