Dr. David Alan Tonnies, MD

He said he would be back in to answer my remaining pre-surgery questions, but he did not come back into the room where he saw me. Instead I was taken to another worker to schedule my surgery.

Not patient centered care. Physician Assistant not friendly or cares to answer patient questions directly. Unfortunately, very untruthful with patient care plan. Nice building, poor patient care. Bottom line, this practice does not value patient quality care. If you like to be treated poorly, this is the practice for you.

After many surgeries, Dr. Tonnies was the only one who got it right. Many thanks to him and his wonderful staff. I've recommend him to many.

Dr. Tonnies will forever be our orthopedist of choice. His skills are outstanding, his bedside manner unparalleled. His office is beautiful and his staff is friendly. We won't ever go anywhere else.

I liked the whole staff and would highly recommend them.

I have been under the care of Dr. Tonnies and his staff for seven years. He has performed two knee surgeries and the outcome was excellent in both surgeries. His office staff are top-notch. The only issue I have ever had is getting an appointment because he is so busy. I took this as a sign he has a busy practice.

Is a concerned competent Surgeon. I had my first ever surgery by him and I would highly recommend both Dave and his entire staff.

Dr. Tonnies did my shoulder surgery in 2010 and I am not only free of pain, but also have free range of motion back to my shoulder. I was unable to pick up my arm, but now can throw a ball if I want to. Thank you!

Had surgery was told by the nurse there was some arthritis but not that bad. She went over the pictures and showed my husband an I. So was releaved about that. All was good but I still had lots of tissue an mussle pain. Very severe. Dr Tonnies gave me a diagnoses of Oh your body is deseased with arthritis , osteoporosis. He repeated himself deceased!! Well I went to my ruematologist the prior week and was told I did not have a deseased body nor osteoporosis. Funny nurse says one thing and he another because I was not healing fast enough. Never will go back!!

His nurse is very rude and condisending. Very cold additude, unfriendly. Dr. came in and talked and sent me on my way. I was very unsatisfied by him. I will never go back.
