Dr. David Duong Tran, MD

I got a phone call from my doctor office and it was the lady Kelly saying I was discharged because of a a opinion it just the way how you talk to black people is different how you talk to white people I was watching you. you are very disrespectful unprofessional loudmouth and don't have no respect for yourself and your peers and you cannot discharged me because I feel like you are racist Ms.kelly

This doctor was assigned to my mother in a nursing home (alzheimers). He changed her medication without notifying anyone and then blamed her behavior on other things. You cannot just change meds on an alz patient. He was rude and dismissed any concerns we had. I refused to let her see him anymore.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, high quality doctor, look no further than Dr. Tran. He is an ethical, honest physician, one of the best doctors in the area. I admit sometimes he has yelled at me to keep on track. But at other times his manner and tone is soft, mellow, and soothing. I highly recommend him.

Nasty attitude, Dr.Tran care for his patients sucks his front desk workers has nasty attitude and his office is very racist and my family will never go back

He insulted me on the first visit. He's very self centered and arrogant. He writes his instructions for you on a prescription pad ( which is a good thing) but on 2 occasions he fussed at me for not doing something he asked. I then showed him what he wrote and he told me to go sit down, brushing me off. On one visit he told me I needed bloodwork when I had just had the week before. I'm pretty sure he had no clue why I was there and hadn't bothered to look at my chart. I'd go elsewhere if I were you, I have!

Dr. Tran is a very concerned doc,he has been helping me with several contions that I have now as I continue to age.

I have been with Dr. Tran for....so long I don't recall how long. He is very personable, knowledgeable and he shows concern for me and my health. The biggest issue I have is the wait time which can get excessive at times but due to my satisfaction with him as a physician it is worth the wait, will continue to see him as my physician as long as he is on the North Shore.

If you are going to see Dr. Tran, better have a lot of patience. I have been with him for over 10 yrs and he has never been on time for appt. My avg wating time in the exam room is almost an hour. He needs some time mgmt skill training. Otherwise. he is a good doctor and would have a better patient load if he would be more concerned about his patient time waiting for him.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Dr. Tran. He is very thorough and spends time with his patients. This makes it worth the wait. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Tran in the past, and have seen first hand his dedication to his patients surpasses that of any other doctor I have worked with.
