Dr. David Reid Trevarthen, MD

I was referred here from my nurse navigator as the office and Dr. Trevarthen are in the same medical facility that all my surgeons and other doctors work out of so it was convenient at the time. Fast forward nine-months and I wish I would have listened to my gut and chosen a different oncologist. From the first appointment, Dr. Trevarthen seemed like he didn't have time for me. He rushed me through explanations and didn't have a good "bed-side mannaer". I've wasted time driving over 30-minutes one-way for an appointment only to find out from the rude receptionist they forgot to put it in the system (and this has happened twice now and they've confirmed them with me the time before that it was in there!). I will be searching for a different oncologist and would NOT recommend this office.

In all my interactions the staff was very polite and provided prompt follow-up. Dr. Trevarthen was very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough, , and very courteous. I give them 5 Stars.

I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years. The office is busy, the staff are kind and compassionate. Dr. Trevarthen is extremely knowledgable, he offers standard of care treatments along with clinical trials. He is soft spoken and empathetic. His PA Andi is fabulous.
