Dr. David Haris Trock, MD

This office is NOT what it used to be. Very high turnover and so different since new management took over. Management is TERRIBLE, I called for an office problem and spoke to a Vanessa about a problem recently and it was never resolved, mind you she was very rude and I felt rushed so I called back a week later for management and spoke to someone that said her name was orso and she was just as rude. Very sad this what it has become. I will be looking elsewhere for a rheumatologist. Walking in, the front staff is different to walking in the back was mortifying without the previous staff. Care isn’t as good and I see to many different new faces. Dr Trock himself is good, but care is based around the employees which is what makes a welcoming environment.

Dr. Trock is a compassionate, caring doctor that puts his patients first and foremost in his practice. I have personally known him to squeeze in patients to a very busy schedule because they needed his immediate care. Also, he has called my house on a weekend just to follow up and see if I was doing OK. He goes out of his way to do things to help his patients. He really cares about his patients and that shows throughout all of his practice.

Dr. Trock is very compassionate Doctor.

The office staff are very welcoming and there's never a long wait. Heather is the MOST, love her!! and Dr. Trock is very informed, professional and a good guy. I actually feel like my input matters when it comes to my treatment. A great doctor.

First visit was excellent spent a lot of time going over things second visit I wasn't very impressed Tried pushing a medication on me that I wasn't comfortable taking that other doctors didn't want to prescribe me

I have not had a follow up yet so can't rate diagnosis yet. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Trock listened to my concerns and seemed very understanding. It was a great experience.

Dr. Trock is a fine example of what an excellent physician should be like. He listens, he explains, and conducts his exam and evaluation as a dialog between Doctor and patient. More medical practitioners should be like him. This attitude of "caring professionalism" carries over to his office staff, and I can't say enough about his Nurse Heather is as personable and concerned for your well being as is the Doctor. Absolutely great operation!

Dr Trock is amazingly smart and professional. I love his approach, intelligence and mannerism. He has worked with me for a few years and I'm feeling normal again (smiling). I love, love, love his nurse heather. She is so happy, smart and perky and totally takes me away from the medical field that I approach on a day to day basis, remembers who I am and always asks how my family is since she knows me and knows her patients since I have been coming to him like forever. It's a very personable experience that I enjoy!
