Dr. David Edward Twardzik, MD

I went to see Dr Twardzik with 2 areas in concern, one on my ear he completely disregarded and I again told him I was worried about it. His comment was We will check it next time. I said I’m worried since there is a lump and irritation. He said he usually only sees skin cancer on the ears of men... I said but I wear a baseball hat for golf.. I went to another Dr who said that a biopsy needed to be done and then I ended up getting more surgery Mohs and to see a plastic surgeon to have my ear reconstructed/repaired. It was said to be an aggressive firm of basal cell. I’m upset he did not listen or care to biopsy it. The one on my hand required a second procedure too - a shave biopsy. I now have no faith in Dr Twardzik. If you have concerns get a second opinion!

I had a sore - small lump then scab ion my ear. I told Dr Twardzik I was concerned since I play golf and wear a baseball hat - it was hurting and he said “ It’s a scab I will check it next time”. I left feeling concerned and when the nurse said “ Doctor is too busy to see me for a few weeks “ when I called I made an apt to see another Dermatologist who listened to my symptoms and put me in right away, this doctor did a biopsy and it was Basal cell and apparently an aggressive form and is now sending me to a surgeon to have the MOHS procedure done. Also this doctor did a more thorough shave biopsy to my hand since Dr Twardzik only took a small portion of one section of the border. I’m upset and want to share my concerning experience - I wrote Dr Twardzik a letter with no response - I’m grossly disappointed with how I was treated.

I have been very happy with Dr. Twardzik's care over the past few years. He takes the time to listen to all my issues each visit. His office staff is friendly and very helpful.

I have been very happy with Dr. Twardzik's care for my skin cancers. I would recommend him to anyone with a skin problem. He is also friendly and has a good bedside manner.

My mother recently had skin cancer and I was told I might be at a higher risk myself, so I made an appointment with Dr. Twardzik for a skin examination. He was professional and friendly. The secretary and nurses were helpful and friendly. The office was very clean which I notice since I am a germaphobe. In summary, he is a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

I've been seeing Dermatologists for years for treatment of skin cancers. Last doctor I went to gave me scars all over my arms. I used to dread seeing him. Dr. Twardzik has kept my skin looking good without all the scraping the older doctor did. I don't plan on changing Dermatologists again.

Dr. Twardzik is a very good dermatologist. My family and I have been seeing him for years. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Very pleased with Dr. Twardzik, he has a great way of making me feel safe and not nervous about the measures he uses to keep me healthy.

Everyone is very courteous. Dr. Twardzik is very efficient in letting you know exactly what is going on with your health!

Dr. T is great. Super nerdy, but that is exactly what you want in a doctor.
