Dr. David Shane Tysinger

I initially stayed with David Shane Tysinger, PA-C because he was thorough, even though we didn’t click. When I lost my job and was in severe pain from neuropathy, he refused to refill my essential blood pressure medication without an in-person physical—despite being told I couldn’t walk or afford a visit. I went 3 months without critical meds. When I finally had a physical, he informed me via online message that I had Stage 3 liver disease—no call, no follow-up. Later, when I was 15 minutes late due to GPS error, he refused to see me, despite my apologies and concern for my BP. Another doctor helped, and I was hopeful. A week later, Shane sent a letter terminating me from the practice. I was never rude or belligerent. I found his actions unprofessional and lacking compassion. I would not recommend him.
