We have no issue with Dr tyson but why it takes two weeks to get an answer about a med refill is absolutely crazy and even then after I left several messages and calls from our pharmacy nothing so I finally called and schdule a med check that wasn't due for 3 more months. But no one would say either way we need to see you or call in the differnts needed ro complete the 90 day refill. This seems to be an on going issue.

I was looking for a great Doctor who listened to my family not just did a drive through service, in/out kinda place and I found it! He was amazing with the girls (13&15) and with myself! Was nervous about finding a new good Doctor because I was new to the state but loved him!

Nurse told my husband she wasn't paid enough to listen to our concerns and did not take my husbands temp or blood pressure. Then Dr. Tyson, without running any tests, told him to go home and sleep it off. My husband suffered from diverticulitis. Very disappointed with the care and customer service he received,

Our daughter was going to Dr Tyson & was very pleased. My husband started using him at her recommendation, he was very happy so I decided to change to him. My husband & I was diagnosed with cancer 2 yrs ago,as soon as his office found out I received a phone call from his nurse, Brandy. They are so caring & we love both Dr. Tyson & Brandy. They are part of our family.

Wait time is not long at all. Takes time to visit with you and explain what the problem is and what he will do for you. Always asks you to call if you have any problems.
