Dr. D. Eric Wiley, MD

I thank God for Doctors like Dr. Wiley, I know they are a dime a dozen, and worth much more than they could ever be paid. How do you simply say "thank you" for saving my life? I had no clue, as many others probably, that he is struggling with his own cancer battles. Dr. Wiley took me into surgery almost 4 years ago for a removal of my gallbladder only to have to perform that, but excision of a cancerous tumor as well. I could'nt ythink of another Doctor more deserving of the awards he's received. I am very honored to be a patient of his the past 4 years. In total Dr. Wiley has performed 9 of the 13 surgeries I've had in the past 4 years. Dr. Wiley is beyond a great surgeon, he is a great human being as well. He is very compassionate, personable, understanding, and kind hearted. Thank you for saving my life Dr. Wiley. I am forever thankful and humbled to have met you. I hope and pray that you come out on the better side of this horrible, and devastating disease. God bless you.

I traveled 3 hours to Brownwood to be treated by Dr. Wiley, utilizing MDsave for gallbladder removal. Dr. Wiley was kind, patient and really cared about my situation. His staff from the start was friendly and very helpful. With Dr. Wiley and the great staff at Brownwood Hospital, I had a successful procedure. Gallballder removed and back home the same day. Every time I walked into the office there I felt like I was important to them. Dr Wiley did a fantastic job on doing 2 surgeries at one time. After a little over a week I feel fantastic after the surgeries! Dr Wiley was very very nice and more than willing to answer any questions I had. And sometimes I would have quite a bit. He was always patient and kind. The office staff were very very kind as well and willing to answer any questions that I had of them. Overall I had a wonderful experience with them!
