Expect to wait over 2 hours every appointment. I waited over 4 hours once . Terrible communication and nurse was rude .

I'm a first time patient, I haven't even seen the doctor yet. Been waiting over an hour, just asked the staff how much longer of a wait it would be and all I received was...well he was coming from surgery, so he's seeing patients. I kind of would like to get up and leave at this point and look for another urologist. I will only rate 1 star for now.

I waited 1 1/2 hours before I got up and left. When I asked the nurse where the exit was she said “why? Whats wrong”? I said I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half, thats whats wrong. She rudely replied with an excuse but no apology. This was a pre-op appt so needless to say he won’t be doing my surgery. He did a surgery of mine in 2012 and his front desk person was rude and incompetent. And he made me feel like I was bothering him when I had a problem with the antibiotics he put me on. I was supposed to be on the for three months, he told me to just stop them and never followed up again. The only reason I was going to give him a second chance was my Gyne told me he and his office have changed. Nothing changed and I knew I should have listened to my instincs.

Great doctor and staff!! Wait time is bad 2 to 3 hours.

On time for appt. but waited 3 hours to see doctor wirh no explanation. Rarely get thru to office personnel and they do not return calls. Although they visit with each other and I saw them on facebook while I was there. Unpleasant front office except one individual.

The only reason he's not 100% prompt is because he's taking the time that's necessary to perform whatever procedure it is or visit to give it the most needed attention so that the job can be done properly and thoroughly

I had surgery and felt extremely comfortable with him.....confident in his diagnosis and very patient explaining things and answering all my questions. Highly recommend.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. I have waited 4 hours once to be seen by him. His nurse is one of the rudest persons I have ever met in my life. I could even hear her talking about patients and her swearing about them. When you ask why there is a wait it is always the same excuse, he is a surgeon in a cocky tone. How many times can you use that same excuse. As for the doctor he is decent if you can actually see him and not be rescheduled. The front desk girl and the medical assistant are about the only nice thing out of that office. They have always been very friendly.

Dr. Wilks is a great Dr. and I believe he is tops in his field.

Have to wait along time in waiting room. He's fine as long as you don't ask him any questions. But if you do ask, all bets are off, he's hard to get along with.
