Dr. David Alan Wilt, MD

Dr. Wilt was covering for my doctor of 20 years who was on vacation from Statland Medical Group. I was in a lot of pain, and Dr. Wilt never returned the page. Here’s a timeline of how many times the answering service tried to reach him On 3/17/2023. Dr. Wilt was paged at: 1. 2:10am 2. 2:42am 3. 3:16am Called on cell & home 4. At 3:26 and 3:27am 5. And at 3:59 and 4:00am Drew & Vanessa were the employees of the answering service who tried to reach him. I never received a call back and instead ended up going to urgent care.

I have know Dr. Wilt for years and he has been a great doctor you can trust!

Staff does not check or lack of follow up on a timely basis. I am not sure if the doctor is not getting the message or he does not care enough to call the patient back to resolve the issue.Left several messages and when staff finally called back they still messed up the issue.Staff stated the doctor would call back and never heard from the office again. I guess it was not important enough for doctor or staff

Dr. Wilt spent more time telling us about how much he hates Obamamcare, then discussing our symptoms and treat us. He was specifically upset that he and the other doctors in the practice would be going without a paycheck for a whole month.

Dr Wilt is the type of doctor that everyone is or should be looking for if you are not already his patient. He is easy to understand when explaining my health. Always has time to listen to me. Very professional but down to earth. His office staff greets me when I come in the door, works with me on my appointments and insurance. Never have I waited more than just a few minutes in the waiting room. Over all Dr. Wilt and his office recieves an A++.
