Dr. David Orton Yarian, MD

I called dr. Yarians office to try to get an appointment for a very close friend of mine who is his patient who is having a serious kidney issue which dr yarian is aware of. My friend has dementia and is confused alot and asked me to call to see if he could either get an appointment sooner than 1/6/24 or to see if he could have a prescription phoned in for the pain—which has been pretty significant for more than a week now. I totally understand the privacy policy but there are and should be exceptions. To make him wait another month to see the doctor is rediculous. He had an ultra sound done almost a month ago and has not heard a word about it. The girl i spoke with this morning was extremely rude to me on the phone and hung up. I had all his info and said she could call him to verify. I work in customer service and i would never hang up or talk to someone the way she did. If i were my friend i would certainly be looking for a new doctor. He is suffering unnecessarily.

Dr. Yarian is an excellent listener and shows a true interest in his patient's health which is key in the medical profession. He is the best. Thank you for your time and knowledge.
