Meet Dr. David Zarabi
I am truly blessed to be a part of such a great profession. I enjoy building relationships with each patient and learning about their lives. It is truly amazing to see that, although we all come from different backgrounds, everyone has similarities and it’s easy to relate to each other!
Education and Continuing Education
For my education, I attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook Dental School. I graduated 2nd in my class and was inducted in the national Honors society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) . Although my formal education is complete, I have been taking continuing education courses for more than 11 years to learn the newest technologies and how they should be implemented in my practice. I make it a rule not to use the latest and the greatest until it has been shown to be effective. I am up to date with the latest literature on all the recent technologies that have been introduced to the field of orthodontics including Speed braces …(wilckodontics), Incognito-lingual braces, 3D imaging and Invisalign
In the Practice
I love the energy that my patients bring to the office and how their different backgrounds reflect the diversity of our wonderful city. Since I perform all treatments (not my assistants), I get to spend a lot of time making sure treatment is perfect. I love watching children grow and mature during their treatment with me. I also enjoy the challenges that each case brings, and after 11 years in practice I am always thrilled to come to work!
Our office is geared to one-on-one treatment between the patient and the doctor. Our team is dedicated to helping each person get the smile that they have always wanted and deserves. We are available by telephone and/or email to answer any question or address any concern our patients have. We understand their time is valuable, which is why we pride ourselves on being on time and not double booking.
Family Life
I am from New York, and love raising my kids here. My wife, Marilyn, and I have two children, Ellenie and Isaac. In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, biking, and playing board games. My wife and I are very competitive when it comes to playing board games, but somehow I always lose!
