Dr. Zegarelli was very thorough in his pre-examination health intake history. He had a particularly unique way of approaching information regarding my presenting oral issues. Most doctors tend to begin by asking patients the question ...so what brings you to see me today? Dr. Zegarelli made it clear that he wants me to reserve my response to this question until he ask me directly. He later asked only after he thoroughly examined my mouth, shared his initial clinical impressions and recommendations. I was further impressed by the fact that he sent each of my biopsy specimen to different labs which made it possible to further validate accuracy of his assessment/diagnosis. I also appreciated that he took the time to call me within three days to discuss my results and patiently entertained my concerns and questions. He is both personable and professional. He demonstrated sound knowledge, experience, understanding and expertise. I also found him easy to talk with and listens… intently to my concerns. I recommend him without reservation.
