David Zhang, MD, PhD, FACP, FACC

Dr. David Zhang is a cardiovascular disease specialist who earned his medical degree from Tongji University School of Medicine in Shanghai, China. He completed his residency at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and pursued fellowship training at both the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle and the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Dr. Zhang holds both an MD and PhD, along with fellowships in the American College of Physicians (FACP) and American College of Cardiology (FACC). He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Dr. Zhang practices at Saint Clare Hospital with locations in Federal Way and Tacoma, Washington. His expertise focuses on treating heart failure, coronary artery disease, and cor pulmonale. He performs advanced cardiac procedures including electrocardiograms, single photon emission computed tomography, and therapeutic hypothermia.
