Dr Dawn R. Buratti, DPM

Excellent experience. Dr. used Sculptra filler for “fat pad atrophy” in my RT foot - (metatarsals area ) with great improvement! Previously had pain when walking and decreased mobility. I needed to elevate my foot 1-3 hrs/day to continue working. So far I am very pleased and will continue follow-up. Also Dr. Buratti is a really nice person :)

I contemplated bunion surgery for over a decade before she did her unique technique on me called the Fast Forward bunion surgery. I was scared of orthopedic surgery as I had a bad outcome with a spine surgery in 2001. So, I kept researching the differences between the endless number of bunion surgeries that are available. I wanted a surgery that breaks no normal bones nor fuses a healthy joint. Believe it or not almost all foot surgery for bunion correction does one of these two. Not Dr. Buratti. Instead, I had the her Fast Forward surgery which tethers 2 bones together. It is now 9 months since my foot surgery, and I am doing amazingly. I am back to doing any sports I want with no pain. If you choose the Fast Forward surgery, know that that does not mean “Immediate Forward”. My success was because I waited months before returning to any walking for exercise (or other sports activities). I would choose Dr. Buratti again in a heartbeat! She is patient, warm, & kind!

I had seen two podiatrists before I saw Dr. Buratti. Neither had a clue what the problem was with my feet. Dr. Buratti understood what the problem was immediately and knew what to do to help me. She has changed my life for the better.

I could hardly walk before my last visit to Dr. Buratti's office. She removed two painful corns between my toes. I was sure it was going to be very painful, but much to my surprise, I hardly felt anything & was able to walk without pain when I left her office. She is a skilled surgeon, answers questions & is patient, caring & very knowledgeable. I am so happy she is in Malibu every Monday.

Dr. Buratti and her office staff will not submit a pre-authorization to your insurance, even when there's a ?medical need. Expect to pay out-of-pocket and for the money to go Dr. Buratti. Despicable? person.

Dr. Buratti and her office is incompetent and completely scattered. She ordered the wrong inserts for me and sent a claim to insurance for both inserts. My experience with this office has been aggravating as they cannot solve my issues and redirect me to people who aren't even around to answer the phone. I've been billed for visits I had cancelled several days before and no matter how many times I called ahead of time to make sure I wasn't charged for the visit and that it wasn't sent to claims, I receive the bill later and the office acts like they don't know what happened.

I am so thrilled to have found a wonderful Dr. who truly loves her work and is kind and generous with her time and care. From the moment you walk into Dr. Buratti's office it is red carpet treatment. Her office is beautiful and comfortable, her staff members are kind and attentive and Dr. Buratti is upbeat, friendly and truly doing what she loves, giving top notch care to her patients. My feet have never been so happy. It may sound corny ( no pun intended) but my feet and I are very happy!

Dr. Buratti is thorough and attentive. When you leave her office you know that you received exceptional quality medical care.

Dr. Buratti is truly a wonderful doctor. She really takes the time to listen to your concerns which really helps with my anxiety towards any procedure and treatment. She takes a great deal of pride in making sure you are comfortable and that she gives you the best care. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be taken care of very well. Thank you Dr. Buratti and the staff at the office for always making me feel comfortable every time.
