Dr. Dawn Kathleen George, MD

dr george has delivered five out of six grandchildren and is currently getting ready to bring in two more....i joke when i go with my daughters to see her that we really need to go to dinner instead of having babies to see her... she is awesome and we all love her to death. we really need more like her!

Love Dr. G. She is a wonderful doctor, best GYN out there. Her nurses are nice, but the appointment staff is sometimes rude and judgmental. They will deny you an appointment if you having billing/insurance problems, though they shouldn't be the ones deciding that. Otherwise it would be great...

I am very critical of doctors and believe that the way they treat patients should convey why they became doctors. Dr. George's bedside manners are superb. She is funny, friendly, and listens. When you are in her office, she does not make you feel as if she has another patient waiting. My only problem is the ease in getting in to see her. I do not like the fact that her nurses can triage medical conditions. And, I especially dislike the policy of her practice that says you cannot see other physicians in the practice when she is not available. I will have to wait 2-3 weeks if not longer to see her for pelvic pain, because they will not let me see another doctor in her practice since she is on vacation. That is ridiculous. So, in summary, I love Dr. George, but the medical facility practices are obsurd and could cause her to loose patients like myself. I would definitely recommend her to anyone because she is a great doctor! But, her medial office policies need to change to… better accommodate her patients.
