She's not caring about her work. Very unprofessional.. picky about who she sees, unwelcoming.. Don't trust her , I was referred to her and she pushed me away..

If you have a serious issue with your feet, I would strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Gretz. I saw her about my bunions and her only solution to was to wear custom fitting shoes, which she referred me to a store in Annapolis. I'm guessing this is her diagnosis for most of her patients and raised a big red flag for me. In her opinion, surgery was not an option, nor was any type of splint or brace, even to relieve current pain. I confirmed my suspicions with a second opinion from another podiatrist.

Take it from someone who avoids doctors at all costs Dr Gretz is an awesome doc and person! Dr Gretz talks to me like I am a person, not just a patient. She helped me keep my toe even when medstar docs told me there was very little chance of it. She follows up and answers emergency calls after hours. She called in emergency prescriptions while on vacation! She is a doctor that truly cares about her patients! I cannot say enough good things, if you need a foot Dr, look no further!

Dr Gretz should have more respect for her patients time. After arriving at 9:00 for a 9:15 appointment there were already at least 5 patients waiting for their appointments. At about 9:45 was taking to the treatment room where I waited until 10:30 to be seen for the treatment lasted about 8 minutes. If you are late for your appointments you will be charged 25.00 for missing appointments. No sorry I’m running late no apologies. I will be looking for another doctor.

This Woman is the most amazing of any doctor in any practice/field of expertise, that I have ever dealt with. And I think we are going on to close to 20 years. My with is a brittle Diabetic. Dr. Gretz's fastidious diligence to her advanced condition IS the reason my wife still has feet! A battle she has taken to a very personal level and fought side by side with us. This woman has been accessible to us at hours that other doctors normally would not have made themselves available to us. Because she cares. Her care, focus and kindness is matched by her staff. A staff that does not turn over. I deal with the same great people I have dealt with for many many years!
