Dr. Dawn Cozette Hitchcock, MD

My recent visit to the Sutter Roseville Medical Center Emergency Room was highly unsatisfactory. I found the overall medical care to have significantly deteriorated, and the facility appears to be mismanaged.Upon arrival, the check-in staff demonstrated a pronounced lack of professionalism and rudeness. They appeared unwilling to listen to my concerns or effectively engage with my situation.Following check-in, I was assigned to Dr. Dawn Hitchcock. My experience with Dr. Hitchcock was deeply concerning due to what I perceived as unprofessionalism and a lack of attentiveness. Despite my repeated attempts to clearly explain the reason for my visit, Dr. Hitchcock consistently disregarded my concerns. She frequently left the examination room to converse with other staff members, offered what I considered to be unnecessary testing, and made statements that did not seem relevant to my condition. Even she does not deserve one star. Avoid this dirty and unprofessional ER.

Dawn saved my life. Nothing trumps that. “5 stars” really doesn’t cover it. :)
