Dr. Dawn Johnson Leonard, MD

Dr. Leonard is an amazing Breast Surgeon and woman. She is beyond any compliment I could give her. When I was first diagnosed with cancer in 2018, she was so warm and humorous at the same time. She listened to me with compassion and gave me thoughtful detailed answers. She made me feel calm and helped me get through the terror of what cancer brings. I am so blessed she was my breast surgeon and my rock of a doctor.

Dr. Leonard saw my mother who was diagnosed with breast cancer recently. She is an amazing doctor. She is patient, warm, compassionate and a great listener who was willing to take the time to sort through all of my mom's concerns. She made my mom feel at ease which is not an easy thing to do. My mother and our whole family is grateful to her.

Dr. Leonard is the epitome of excellence. If you must make this breast cancer journey she is the best guiding light possible.

Dr Leonard from the first visit made me feel like we had known each other forever. She is very down to earth and has a calming spirit. She is the best, as well as, her team of cancer specialists. They rid my body of breast cancer, stage 3. She and her team has made my year long battle a breeze.
