I am saving the other stuff for the medical board to review as a complaint.

I have worked with head trauma/brain injury/TIA, etc and this is the worst woman to have as your Doctor for your parent! Her evaluations/assessments were terribly wrong on my parent and add to her demeanor & personality- It was a nightmare! She frightened and threatened my parents if they didn't do everything she said she'd have his license revoked! My Dad had a wonderful neurosurgeon, no cancer, no damage to his brain-his prognosis would be that he would resume his normal acitivites, etc. And did not understand why Rider had intimidated and forced my parents to re take driving lessons (out-of-pocket expense) etc. He was fine! She also changed his BP blood pressure med from his long term BP med that worked without issue to something new that sent his pressure wildy high and low; he could not sleep and had terrible headaches. It took 2 months to get his back to his old medicine. Dad is an active man who runs a business and cares for his household; Rider treated him and Mom like they… were stupid and she was this prison warden with a mood disorder. Please, stay away from that place! Shadyside was great and so were the staff. Rider seems to think she is better than everyone else and treats her senior patients like she owns their lives. I could say so much more-but this is enough. I have never worked for a doctor who made a whole rehab floor into such a negative, controlled, unhopeful place. I pray I never will!
