Didn't take the time to listen to my concerns after making me wait to see her for 2 hours. Didn't bother to apologize for the wait either. Doesn't seem very empathetic or involved in giving the upmost care.

She does take alot of time too diagnose your problem. The staff stays on the phone and stand in the hallways laughing and giggling. My appt. was @ 8:15 (first patient) and I was still there @ 10:30 while she taking other patients. I finally got up and left.

Dr.Pickett was the most caring and compassionate medical professional I have ever had the pleasure of receiving medical care from. She truly listened and responded to my concerns. If only other doctors were more like her trust would be restored to those we entrust with our health and our life!
