Meet Dawn White, CNP

Experience Rooted in Compassionate Care

Dawn White, CNP, brings more than 30 years of nursing experience and a genuine passion for helping people achieve better health. She earned her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practice and has cared for patients in a variety of settings, including emergency medicine, urgent care, hospital care, and gastroenterology. After years of clinical experience and eight years as a nurse practitioner, Dawn took the next step in her professional journey by opening Rooted Wellness of Coshocton, a family practice dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care close to home.

Looking Beyond the Symptoms

Dawn believes healthcare should be about more than simply treating symptoms. Her approach centers on listening to each patient, understanding the whole person, and looking deeper to identify factors that may be contributing to health concerns. As she pursues her Functional Medicine Certification, Dawn is expanding her knowledge and …approach to care, with an emphasis on identifying potential root causes and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. She believes conventional medicine and holistic approaches can work together to create individualized care plans that meet patients where they are.
