Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Guenther and it was the worst experience of my life. A complete nightmare! He’s an unethical 2 faced liar. I asked if he could make my nose a little less round, he said that was no problem, explained how he would do it and quoted me at about $5,600.00 The day of surgery I was naturally a little nervous he assured me everything would go well and said “the only thing we’re going to do is straighten your nose”. He ended up doing whatever he wanted, things we never discussed in the consultation and I never gave permission for. He ended up raising the tip of my nose (like a pig nose) later I developed dents (dimples) on both sides of my nose and the bottom of my nose was a mess-complete hack job! I confronted him and asked why he would do this to me, he was so dismissive and cold, just told me he would refund or fix it for free (which he kept changing his mind about like it was a game to him). I went to a real Dr. one that actually cared… about me and listened to me, I had to pay $40,000 to fix the damage that was done! (That was the average price btw) Replacing cartilage, reversing tip lift, placing skin grafts to fix the dents….3yrs to fully heal scarred for life and in debt because Dr. Guenther is a narcissistic liar. Stay away from him!

Given that plastic surgery is frequently an elective procedure there is a high level of nervousness surrounding the anesthesia and scalpel. I prepared like crazy ~ cooking, cleaning, laundry, eating clean and going to the gym 6 days a week leading up to the surgery to be in tip top shape. My experience with Dr. Geunther and his entire staff was beyond 5 stars. He is patient, has a great bedside manner, is honest and open minded. He suggested Complementary medicine (Arnica and Bromelain) as part of the healing treatment which blew me away given how most doctors are so unfamiliar with anything that they were not taught in medical school. That was a huge added bonus since I look to these types of supplemental meds for overall health. At almost three weeks post op, I can not believe how accurate his post op instructions and information has been. My scar is already looking great! Dr. G and his staff completely prepared me as a patient for what was to come post op. He understood my concerns… based on my age and chronic condition, reassured me and followed my wishes for in hospital surgery, etc. He leaves nothing to worry or question and makes himself completely available even if you are asking questions he has already answered. His office staff are kind, good listeners, patient, intelligent and compassionate. I would recommend him and his staff without reservation for any cosmetic procedure. My experience has been superb. I can't wait to see my results when the swelling subsides. My only regret is not doing my procedure years ago.

Before meeting with Dr. Guenther, I did tons of online research and read every review he had and looked at all pre/postop photos. In the esthetic/health care field myself, one of my main focuses was having a very skilled surgeon who would be just as detail oriented and meticulous as I would be. He was my first consult, and after meeting with him in person not only was he knowledgeable, clear, and answered all my questions but he had a wonderful bedside manner. He made me feel at ease, unpressured, and was very sincerely there to help me get what I wanted out of my breast augmentation. I didn't even go to another PS for a consult, because his credentials/photos/and personality were all I needed to go forward.The day of my surgery, he was very calm and really put me at ease exactly what you want from your doc the day of a big surgery. Fast forward to my post-op results, I could not be happier with his manual dexterity/skill/attention to details. I came in pretty symmetrical and was… really hoping that I would still end up that way, and I can't believe how tiny my scars will be. They look about 1 inch and totally a-traumatic, which I feel will heal really well.

I am so happy with the experience I received from Dr Guenther and his professional team. The gentleness and kindness was impeccable. I was always met with a smile and nice conversation. I had researched getting a breast augmentation for nearly three years after I had my daughter. I am very active (marathoner, Crossfitter) and my breasts truly were put through the ringer after having a child and getting very fit. They were flat and saggy in my early 30s. I went to see Dr Guenther, and I just knew he was the one I wanted to perform my surgery. He was not pushy and allowed me to take my time choosing size and type (saline/silicone). He took the time to go through pros and cons and explain any concerns I had. He was patient but excited for me to be contemplating the surgery. He let me make my decisions, however I wanted his opinion. He offered up helpful advice which allowed me to firm up my decision and feel confident. I ended up deciding on a 421cc silicon implant with a lift. Dr. Guenther placed the implant above and below my muscle for a more natural look. I combined my desires with his advice and couldn't be happier. Additionally, Dr. Guenther was… professional and thorough. The work he has done is impressive. The before and after show a clear difference in size, however my breasts look and feel natural. My incisions are healing up wonderfully and I am only two months post op. Christine, the office manager, was personable and organized. The staff was flexible and accommodating overall. It is a doctors office and things do happen (let's be honest), but I continue to be happy with my treatment and almost look forward to my progress updates and photos by Dr. Guenther. He does incredible work and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Guenther is literally THE BEST plastic surgeon ever. He performed my breast augmentation, and I highly recommend him. My whole breast augmentation experience was truly exceptional and ran so smoothly thanks to Dr. Guenther. Since the very beginning, it was very easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Guenther's team. (Thanks Christine, Erica, Patrice for being awesome!). On the first appointment, Dr. Guenther explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my and my fiancée's questions (which were so many)! He took his time in my meeting and I could instantly sense how passionate and perfectionist he is about his job. Unlike other doctors, who perform only one type of incision or use mostly a particular type of implant, he performs different type of incisions and guides you to pick the correct one for you. Similarly, he uses different types of implants and will recommend the best for you. He was my first appointment and he set the bar so high. I still had scheduled… appointments with other experienced doctors in the Boston area. Although they were very professional and great choices, none of them were as caring, passionate, and enthusiastic as Dr. Guenther. For example, Dr. Guenther was the only one that scanned my wish pictures and kept them in my file. In addition, the pre-op and post-op appointments and the surgery were easily scheduled because everything is very organized in Dr. Guenther's office. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Guenther was very calm, respectful, and compassionate as he always is. This, in addition to his great team of nurses, anesthesiologists, etc., made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and confident the day of my surgery. Regarding the aftercare and follow-up, as previously established, I had plenty of post-op appointments scheduled with Dr. Gunther. He always was the same way he was since the first appointment: extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful, caring, compassionate, took his time, etc. Dr. Guenther is super talented and a perfectionist, and I confirmed this as my results were simply AMAZING and all I ever wanted! Thank you Dr. Guenther for making my dream come true in such a smooth manner, and for being so excellent and simply the best!

Ten days now from having my breastlift with Dr. Guenther. I am so happy to have found him. I thought about having this procedure for years (59 now) and wish I had done it earlier but then I would have maybe not had Dr. Guenther done the surgery which gave me the MOST perfect result. I'm so amazed that it's not even two weeks and to see the shape and how easy the entire procedure was is astonishing! I never discussed shape/size, rather leaving it up to his expertise and wow was that the right decision. No pain whatsoever and was back to work in less than a week. His manner and approach is so relaxed and easy. Cannot sing his praises enough!
