I thought she was simply awesome

VERY GOOD DOCTOR WHO CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS HEALTH

I am Dr. Bolton’s patient for two years. What I have is just simple fungi problem. She is ok when I had my United Health insurance, but after I switched to a new insurance, which ask pre-authorization for my anti-fungi prescription, she is very very un-responsible. I called and messaged her so many times and asked her please sign and send the pre-authorization form back to my insurance so that I can pick up my prescription. She just can’t make it work. So I made a doctor appointment to see her and talk to her in detail about the new insurance requesting for the pre-authorization form. Finally she made it. But after 4 month the pre-authorization gets expired, so I have to call her and message her again so so so many times. At the end she asked her nurse told me that I don’t need the prescription any more. But I still feel the itch and un-comfortable on my feet. How can a doctor ignore her patient’s suffering just because she need to do a little bit more work. So I changed my feet… doctor to another one. If you want to be well taken cared, DON’T choose Dr. Bolton.
