My mom had a new patient appoint at 2:30pm, be there at 2:00pm at the Villa Rica Office. We were unable to find the office and I called at 2:00pm trying to get the exact directions because my GPS wasn't taking me to the office in Villa Rica. When the woman answered - I told her what was going on and if she could help me. She said she was in the Cummings office and all she could do was give me the address. We finally found it and was in the office at 2:15. We told the front desk girl (heavy set with a cross tatoo) that we were having problems finding the office. We had already filled out the paperwork from their website. She asked us where we got this paperwork from and I said from your website. She then rudely informed us that we didn't have all the paperwork. She starts highlighting papers and then says we won't be seeing her today. I said why and she said it's across the board - if you don't show up on time then we don't see you. I told her we were lost and called and she… said it didn't matter and that they would not see my mom today. She in no way tried to help us or even try to accommodate us. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! Me personally - if this is how they treat new patients - then I wouldn't go to any of their offices. I have never been turned away by a doctor's office because of being late due to traffic or not being able to find an office. This is the worst I have ever been treated my a doctor's office. STAY AWAY!

My husband and I have been seen by Doctor London over a two year period. She is consistently informative and pleasant. She is professional and empathetic. Her staff is friendly and the environment is clean. We are happy to have found her after a long search!

this doctor did nothing to help me - I ended up seeing another specialist and got much more relief. don't waste your time here!!!

I have been a patent a long time ,dr london was very helpful an seemed like she cared , but for the last 12 months I feel I have been pushed aside for the last 12 months I've been still paying high copay an seeing nurse pratisher that dont know me at all, and drug testing is done to often when you have been seen by Dr office an have all the test to prove you are in pain you shouldn't feel like you are a addict when you have done nothing wrong , when you are trying to be treated for your pain that is why people go to pain management

Fabulous Dr. Great bedside manner - very empathetic

I like the fact that she listened. She spent a lot of time with me. She was great at first. She manipulated EMG results and told me I was fine.

Dr. London prescribed opiates and sleeping pills for my daughter who has a drug problem. She is now at well star under psychiatric evaluation after over dosing. Do your research dr. London.
