Dr. Dean Scott Attaway, MD

He clearly has no idea how long he writes prescriptions for. He has been filling my dad's 28-day prescription every 30 days (and longer) for months. He caused him withdrawal symptoms during my mother's funeral, even though I was calling his office daily and had informed them it only of my mother's death but that she had taken the rest of his Xamax prescription, and he was already withdrawing. Dr. Attaway did not fill him that Thursday or Friday after multiple phone calls, requests from Rite Aid pharmacists, and a personal visit where I only spoke to the receptionist. He has filled them late every month since then as well, and he has never tried to contact us to apologize or even see how we are doing after my mom's death. See a different doctor if you're looking for reliability or kindness.

Dr. Attaway is relaxed and personable...Great "bedside manner". I have recommended him to several friends. Very concerned and knowledgeable.

He is a great person who cares and takes the time to know you.
