Dr. Dean Peter Carpousis, MD

Dr. Dean successfully diagnosed my SVT and prescribed a regimen to treat it. Great bedside manner. Ghada up front will grow on you. Very satisfied thus far.

Dirty, unsafe environment. Receptionist coughing on her way into the office then opened the door with no mask on and told me to come in. She got rude when I asked her to put a mask on. Upon entry, I found the office dirty and in terrible shape so I took pictures to complain to my insurance company. After leaving the Dr. called and yelled at me.

The doctor is friendly, as are the staff, but the office and much equipment are out of date. They don't seem to operate as a cohesive team; they make billing mistakes; they don't pay attention to patient's concerns. All the while, very friendly. The doctor is very nice but fails to address patients' problems because he doesn't seem to want to listen to patients' concerns, and even prescribes allergic drugs which have been previously acknowledged as allergens by the patient. The managerial staff of ONE is over-stressed and unable to provide adequate service for this office. No doubt, there is a lot of heart here, but it fails on competence. Over several months, I was VERY disappointed.

I've been seeing Dr. Carpousis for over 13 years now and have only the highest praise regarding caring for his patients, his friendly staff, his listening to his patients' concerns, and taking a personal interest in them. The waiting time may be a bit long at times, but I gladly accept it as a by-product of the excellent care and the complete attention that I receive. Thank you, Dr. Carpousis.
