Dean Crowell, PA-C

Dean is a certified physician associate who has worked in Corvallis since 2016. Working closely with the gastroenterologists, Dean provides diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive care. He builds strong relationships with patients by listening attentively, educating them about their health and developing personalized treatment plans. Whether managing chronic conditions, guiding preventive care or addressing acute concerns, he strives to create a supportive and trusting environment. Dean has degrees from Emory University, Rutgers University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has worked as an athletic trainer for over a decade. He's certified by NCCPA, belongs to AAPA and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and completed their Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship. He enjoys sports, spending time with family and friends and visiting the Oregon coast.
