Dr. Dean Kleto, MD

To preference, I have been a Professional in the Plastic Surgury field for over 20 years. As a Director of Patient Service, I have had the privilege to work for some of the top surgeons in the country, both in Chicago and Las Vegas. In my position as a Patient Coordinator, I have had the opportunity to share with thousands of clients the benefits of Plastic Surgury. I have also gained an understanding of the importants of Doctor/ Patient relationship and more importantly, professionalism during the patient experience. I have not only been administrating Botox injections for 20+ years, but have also been the recipient of its benefits personally. My experience with Dr Kleto was the most unprofessional incounter I have ever had with a so called surgeon. From the moment he entered the room, his arrogance and lack of patient interaction was apparent. The first 15 minutes of our time was spent reciting his resume and sharing all his accolades. I briefly had the chance to… interject my background, which was of course no interest to him. Upon initial injections, this self proclaimed “Best in the Buisness” wingnut didn’t even bother to sterilize the area of injection to remove my make up. That was discerning to me, as this can cause infection to the injections site. As in some cases, at the injection site blood may exspell from the area, which is normal. What’s not normal, is for the doctor to hand you a tissue to wipe it, as opposed to a sterile cotton swab. On my return visit the following month, which only happens because I had already paid for it, his demeanor picked up right where it left off. I shared with him he had neglected to do the corrugator muscle and just needed a touch up. He replied, “He never has to do touch ups” but reluctantly agreed, as if doing me a huge favor. To which my response was thanks but no thanks and I left. There are way to many qualified surgeons out there to bother with this jerk. If he is not qualified with a needle I would be very hesitant to trust his scalpel. Just Sayin!

i lost the entire side of my left chest to a staph infection. he operated on me in his office scrubbing the inside of my chest with a hard bristle brush,

I had liposuction and the results were just ok. My problem was that he talked about me and my surgery socially with his circle of "friends" without my permission. Big gossip!

had cancer, breast removed. waited 3 months and started procedures. Dr said he could make it match. lifted the other and left a large scar straight down and nipple looks strange.(round circle). after last procedure to put in inplant he said it wasn't exactly what he expected and not what he wanted but that was how it would be. Waiting to find another dr who might be able to repair the mess he madel

I have been to Dr. Kleto 2 times for breast implants. I had the first pair for 9 years with no issues. I then decided to go up to a larger size and went back to him. He did EXACTLY what I asked him to do. He did an awesome job and it has been about 3 years since my 2nd surgery. He listens to what you want and he will tell you his opinion. He is very nice and will make you laugh. I would definately go to him again. Hope this helps someone out. :)

Dr. Kleto did a tummy tuck on me 15 years ago and it still looks great! I have gained and lost weight many times in the last 15 years and my belly is still in great shape!If you do not want his opinion, dont ask him! He is also not going to do work that is not going to look natural. If you have a 32 chest and want a DDD cup size do not go to him! He will not do it and it would look awfull!

He did the first augmentation in 1997 so I decided to use him to replace and go up in size. Should have listen to my husband about checking with other Drs. He did not listen to what I WANTED and did exactly what he wanted and then did not. He also did not bother to fix a problem that we had talked about. When mentioned to him he got defensive. I was physically sick when I looked at myself. So I went to a REAL DR. and he has taken care of the problem, he listened to me and did exactly what he said he would do. I LOVE THE OTHER DR.

Dr. Kleto did my breast reduction, he is a great surgeon who listened to my concerns, advised me what to expect, was very realistic, and has a great sense of humor and way of making me feel comfortable. I'm only a couple weeks post op right now but am very pleased - I was amazed at what a wonderful job he did in creating the new shape of my breasts. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Kleto!
