Dr. Dean Lance Ross, MD

Dr. Ross is the greatest! He listens, cares, is nice, understanding and never makes you feel stupid for asking any questions you may have. He is the absolute best! I could go on and on. Dr. Ross, you rock!

A quality family care physician who is thorough and caring.

Very friendly doctor, willing to listen to and answer your questions. Big corporate medical companies expect the doctor to see more and more patients, but Dr Ross has never acted frustrated or hurried in any way. His nursing staff is amazing, sometimes his front desk needs a little help in being courteous but all in all I have never had a really bad experience with this office.

Been the family doc for years now. Would recommend to anyone. Although his bedside manner needs improvement.

Dr. Ross has been my physician for over 5 years. He is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. I have multiple health problems and he listens to everything I have to say. There is no rushing me out of the room. He takes all things into consideration for my well being and health problems. He makes sure there are no conflicts in medication. He is a nice, courteous and I say genius doctor. I can't say enough good things about him. His assistant Jordon is fantastic and gets refills handled very fast. She returns phone calls in a timely manner and handles any problems with pharmacies. She is excellent.

I have seen Dr, Ross on two occasions. Right away, I knew I wanted him as my Primary Care Physician. He is very friendly and cordial, he LISTENS to everything you have to say and makes sure that all your needs are met. Through the years, I have had a number of medical issues and seen more doctors then I care to imagine. He is a gem. The office staff and his nurse, Jordan, take time with you and you never feel as though you are being rushed, He graduated from a prestigious school and never has any attitude. He truly cares, and has a great sense of humor. After my last appointment was finished, I remembered that I had one more important thing I needed. I poked my head in his office, and after he finished a phone call, he came out smiling and asked how he could help me, He is a wonderful doctor and human being. I noticed how everyone in the office gets along and truly likes each other and the job they are doing, I feel truly blessed that I have him as a physician. And I needed… an appointment for a mammogram afterward, and the office called me to set it up the very next day. Truly wonderful organization!

Excellent Doctor

I was so impressed with Dr. Ross. He was the first dr. that really talked with me in detail about my symptoms, and my medicine. After our appointment I called with a question expecting his nurse to call back. He called me back!! He talked with me on the phone and was extremely caring and attentive. He was truly the best dr. I have ever seen...and I have been to lots.
