Dr. Deann G Brewer

DeAnn Brewer, M.D. performs Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and is dedicated to helping women and men overcome hormonal imbalances that often stem from conditions such as menopause, andropause (the male menopause), adrenal fatigue and thyroid disorders, and find relief from hot flashes, night sweats, sexual dysfunction, weight gain, fatigue, mood swings, and ultimately gain a better quality of life. When helping her patients, Dr. Brewer utilizes a three-pronged approach to health and wellness that includes professional-grade supplement regimens, lifestyle and nutritional changes, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

Dr. Brewer has a vast medical background with a history of practicing Emergency Medicine, Clinical Internal Medicine, and Hospitalist Care before pursuing further education in the field of Anti-Aging and Integrative Medicine so she could provide her patients with the tools needed for better health outcomes. Her decision to transition into integrative …medicine was prompted by her desire to spend more time with her patients so she could address their health and wellness needs from a more aggressive preventative standpoint. Dr. Brewer believes that the right combination of proper diet, regular exercise, tailored supplementation, and balanced hormones can make all the difference for overall health and healing.

In 1993, Dr. Brewer earned her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana (now IU Health Methodist Hospital) in 1996. During her free time, Dr. Brewer enjoys spending time with her family and dogs as well as reading, writing, listening to music and living a healthy lifestyle by exercising daily where she incorporates weight lifting and bodybuilding routines, and downhill skiing.
