She was very helpful, talking us through all our options. Understanding of our financial situation and history. It was the most comfortable, we have felt with a specialist.

Our fertility consult with Dr. Brasile was very encouraging. She was kind, informative and funny which has put us at ease in our decision to take this next step. We feel comfortable knowing she will there to help us along the way and are looking forward to working with her team.

We were so fortunate to have Dr. Brasile on our side throughout this challenging time. She made the process easy for us to understand, and medically speaking, she broke everything down into non-medical jargon. Most importantly, she showed compassion for us and with us, every step of the way. Without compassion, the journey would have been much more difficult. We knew that by working with Dr. Brasile, it would just be a matter of time when (not if) we were successful. Never lose hope, and trust her!

Dr. Brasile is a God send to my husband and I. After having a horrible IVF experience in Barbados, we went to Main Line Fertility just to get a consultation while we decide between Main Line and another fertility clinic. Well, we canceled the consultation at the other clinic. We were so impressed with how detail orientated and intelligent Dr. B is. She tailored a plan specifically for us. She noticed things about our lab work that Barbados Fertility Centre failed to pick up on. She was able to get us pregnant and monitor us so we have a healthy baby girl! I am so thankful for Dr B and her amazing staff! I highly recommend DR. B and her amazing staff!

Actually I started off seeing her with the expectation of a 50-50 chance of ending up pregnant. After meeting with her and her reviewing my files she said she could guarantee me I would end up pregnant with embryos to freeze for future siblings for my child. Like a fool I actually believed her and let her convince me of it. After the first run ended up in a chemical pregnancy I had to request that they recheck my thyroid before I wasted money on a second round. Initially we had found out my thyroid was high and she put me on a minimum dose of medication for it and never rechecked it. After my request we got the results and the medication had barely touched it the levels were still really high. Has a professional she should have known it needed to be rechecked after the medications to make sure the dosage was working. I met with her probably twice in all. After finding out my dosage needed to be doubled to get it down to a level in normal range I lost all hope and her and changed… doctors. The second doctor I saw decided it was best to put two embryos in instead of one and luckily for us one of them took. So another false promise from dr. Brasile as I have no more embryos left for any other children. When I went for my egg retrieval the nurses were shocked that she did not put me on Co q-10 to increase my egg quality and said it was standard in their practice to do so. Then I paid extra to have icsi done on my eggs like a fool I went with her recommendation to do half naturally and the other half with it. Half the eggs we did naturally never took. The only ones that did were the ones that we did with icsi. The second doctor I saw in the practice couldn't figure out why she wouldn't have done that with all the eggs knowing my husband had bad sperm quality and count.

Dr Brasile and her entire staff was AMAZING! We went through fertility with her in 2016, the majority of the time I was on my own for appointments and ultrasounds while my husband was away. I was originally very anxious about having to do IVF but the staff was always right there for me. Everyone was so sweet and it was such a relaxing, calm environment. I would highly recommend her and look forward to seeing her again in a few years! We love you Dr Brasile!! Love Lauren Mark & the twins!

I went to Dr Brasile because my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for a year. She took me in with open arms and explained everything she wanted to do. She was very quick with scheduling which I absolutely loved!!! She answered all questions I had and she made me feel so comfortable and wanted in her care. I had a round of Clomid and one IUI and now I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my first little one :) I will absolutely be visiting her with the baby and plan to go back to her for our future kiddos....I highly recommend Dr Brasile to everyone!

The nurses and staff were so understanding and caring and sensitive to my struggle from my first phone call. The doctors and nurses are so knowledgeable - I felt like I could ask them anything and get an honest answer. Dr. Brasile was very aggressive which is exactly what I wanted - and it paid off! I was pregnant after just a couple months!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Brasile for the past 8 months, and are thrilled to say that we are expecting our first child thanks to her care. During our time with Main Line Fertility we were mainly in the West Chester office, though our fertility journey also took us to Paoli and Bryn Mawr and allowed us to meet with Dr. Orris and Dr. Glassner as well. All three doctors and the staff of each of the offices were knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Brasile was wonderful throughout the entire process. She is always upbeat and never waivered in her confidence that she would get us pregnant. We really appreciated how straightforward she was, from guiding us when it was time to move to the next course of treatment to stepping out of her doctor role to tell us what she would advise a friend in our situation. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Brasile and Main Line Fertility. The only reason I hesitate to give a five star rating is that through our eight months of appointments,… the practice in general often felt impersonal and rushed. Although Iâ??m sure there are a countless number of patients that come through the doors of MLF, infertility is a traumatic experience for each of us. That being said, after seeing Dr. Brasile, the nurses and staff on a weekly (sometimes even more often) basis for the better part of the year, it is truly bittersweet to be â??graduatingâ?? to my OB/GYN.

She is very nice to me. She was very compassionate and listened to everything that I had to say. She answewred all of my questions too. I am not pregnant yet (started seeing her one month ago) but i trust her. I can tell she knows what she's doing. She came up with an action plan and she seems to be on top of every little detail. I totally recommend her to other pacients.
