Doctor DeRusso and her medical staff are the best team of medical professionals that I have been to in a long time. I am so grateful to have found her. I know that every time I need to go to her office I am appreciated and welcomed by all. Dr. D make me feel I am the only patient there even when she is really busy.

Dr. DeRusso and her staff are Outstanding! Great experience. Excellent staff! The doc is highly knowledgeable and very friendly. She is extraordinarily compassionate and always up on the newest research. I've been sick for a very long time with chronic and undiagnosed problems. Dr. D figured out what was wrong with me in a short period of time. I am happy to say, I have my life (and more) back again thanks to her!

Dr. Derusso is my doctor for years. I have always known that she is so good at what she does that she doesn't need to take any insurance to stay uber busy. She only participates with one health insurance. I, like most, do not have that one but I pay because I know she is worth it. I always know I am in great hands with the doctor. She is not only an exceptional doc but her compassion and interest are second to none. She is complete with everything. I always know I am well cared for and in excellent hands. How many doctor's offices ALWAYS call you back with EVERY report and lab test done and then advise with results? And anytime I call for ANYTHING, I receive word back on how to proceed from a helpful and caring staff member within hours that same day! If I am ill and must be seen, they ALWAYS find room to get me in to be seen THAT DAY--not 2 days later... And everytime I have had bloodwork done or a procedure at her office, they have the courtesy and care to offer me bottled… water and snacks! That is quality service and care! I might not be alive if Dr. Derusso had not made some of the decisions and care for me as she has over the years. Thank you Heritage Internal Medicine for the best care ever over the years!

I have been a patient of Dr. De Russo's for over a decade. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with her and her staff over the years. Each and every one of them is always courteous, helpful, professional, and make me as comfortable as possible. Often times there is a wait, but I know she is an excellent doctor and cares for many sick patients without pause. I am understanding that I may need to wait and many times it is random and unpredictable who is before my appointment and needing extra time with the doctor- like any illness in life. Dr De Russo takes care of my family and many friends and we all appreciate how great she is at figuring things out and helping us. Thanks for being so caring and such a great doctor!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. D for years. She is a talented doctor and a very special person. We can talk to her about anything. She is very caring and concerned about your problems. She takes the time to ask questions and explain her thoughts. She is a primary care doctor to many doctors (where the doctors go) which speaks volumes of her care. My family and I would not go anywhere other than to Dr. DeRusso. This doctor not only has staff that treats you like great friends, she can communicate greatly and better then most in my experience. She is never impatient with me and has never acted rude or stressed around me.
