Dr. Deanna Lee Phinney, MD

Dr Phinney was our family doctor in Auburn WA. She is compassionate and caring, and spent time with us to help figure out solutions for our health issues. I miss her as our doctor.

Dr. Phinney has been my doctor for several years. She is kind, gentle, courteous and smart. She is willing to go the extra mile to find the cause and not just treat the symtoms. She will make referrals. I just received her letter of retirement, which makes me very sad. She has been not only my doctor but my friend.

She's the best doctor I've ever had, and I've been to many doctors in my day. She's very knowledgeable in all areas of health care, and I trust her with my life, which she saved several years ago, when she caught my breast cancer. She's the most caring doctor I've ever had and most willing to spend as much time as I need, answering all my questions and explaining everything. I've spent up to 2 hours with her, uninterrupted, which is why patients sometimes have to wait to see her. If she doesn't know how to help you, she refers you to someone else who can, and personally calls her colleagues to get you into another doctor quickly, always wanting to see you again for followup. Unfortunately, she has taken on more responsibilities within her practice and at the hospital, so it is increasing hard to get into see her, even if you are an established patient. Still, she puts her patients first, and when you are with her, you have her complete attention. I know I'll never find another doctor… because there is none.

This Doctor is bright, friendly, caringand professional. She spends time with the patient and makes referral if necessary. I rate her as excellent, buthard to see as she has too much work andadministrative responsibility. Honest and very hard working. She puts the patient first always.

It was my lucky day when I became a client of Dr. Phinney. She knows her stuff, she's a wonderful and kind person, and she's very thorough with monitoring my health and my medications. A+ and 4 stars for Dr. Phinney and her staff!
