When my brother Troy had surgery in Nov., 2018 by Deanna Sasaki-Adams,he was told that the incision would be very small incision, behind the ear. the incision was from the temple to below his ear. This was a very long incision. Serveral nerves were cut. He still cannot open his mouth completely, he almost lost his eye, because he could not close it. He had surgery in Wilmington, NC to close his eyelids, then has a metal in eyelid so that he could close the eye, but still cannot not close completely. Now his eye has started to roll down inside the socket. Had surgery last week in Greenville, NC to regain the correct eye position. Not sure if the procedure will help. His doctor in Wilmington said that if his eye has been address after surgery that all this could have been avoided.

Dr Sasaki-Adams fixed my brain! 100% fixed!! Because of her great attention to detail and her consideration of not just getting through my surgery that day but making certain to take the time to get ALL of my tumor, she made my future possible!!! She was thorough and precise!! I hope she knows the difference she is making in peoples lives!!!

I traveled over 3 hours to see her. I was getting a 2nd opinion on my condition that I have had for 2 yrs and had been seeing a Neurosurgeon in Winston and wasn't getting the help I needed. When she came into my room she was VERY easy to talk to. She answered ALOT of my questions and has a plan to start helping me. I am so glad that I found her because she helped me more in the 1 1/2 hrs I had with her in the room than the 2 years I have wasted with my old Neurosurgeon.

I felt totally at ease from the very first time, DR. Sasaki-Adams, walked into my examination room. She commands your full attention without trying to and before you know it she has answered all your questions, put your family at rest, removed your tumor and sent you home to recover. Thank You , you're the best , and you have a great team too, AWESOME!!!

She has a great bedside manner and willing to listen and help with any problems. She is one of the best doctors I have ever been to.Am happy to recommed her to anyone needing neuro surgery.
