Wonderful Dr and Staff I would definitely recommend her to family and Friend's.

Horrible, left for dead me left me to deteriorate with sinus infection and Lyme meningitis/ encephalitis. And Lyme Disease Co infections Elechtriosis and Babeiosis. She refused to test me when I got back some of my memory still infected. My brain because walk in didnt hosptalise me or give me IV when it eas needed but gave me oral and sent me back to her. She sent me to all Second third different specaist all refused to test me for Lyme Disease. She said their was no way I had It and she was not going to waiste Masshealth money. I finAlly tested positive when I left her as a doctor as I told my friend I felt as though I was dying and would if I didnt find a doctor to fond out what was wrong with me. My Elisa Lyme Test was Positive and confirmation positive with Western Blot but by the time I was started on antibiotics treatment for late stage Lyme my Liver, lungs, and brain were all being attacked. I would be dead had I stayed with her. I was just depressed even though I… had been walking miles daily. Before I got sick.

I have been seeing Dr Tan for many years now and found her to be on themost thourogh and compassionate physcians I have ever seen. If she needs to refer you to another specialist, she will always look to who is the best qualified doctor for your condition versus always selecting a physician within the Prima Care Group. Sometimes the best choice DOES reside within the Prima Care Group, sometimes not. I recently was diagnosed with a condtion that will require a delicate and compicated surgery. Dr Tan immediately found the most suitable surgeon in Boston for me. That is very comforting when you are facing an unknown surgery. I have never been dissapointed in her ability, knowledge or medical recommiendations. She is the best!!

Definitely would not recommend! Not a nice person

I have had Dr Tan for about 10 years now. I have to say that I really have nothing bad to say about her. I don't feel rushed. I don't feel like she is not hearing my concerns... she tries her best to diagnose and help in any way she can. She even spent time with me going through a book for a certain prescription medication that I could take while pregnant for my migraines (both my OB/GYN and Dr Tan were trying to help control them during pregnancy). The office staff however is a different story. I do not find they are not very pleasant and sometimes it does take a while for someone to call me back when I call with a problem/concern. Other then that I think Dr Tan is a great choice for a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tan for about 8 years now and I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this physician. She makes me feel very comfortable during office visits and she is very thorough and spends more than enough time with me at each appointment. I do not feel like I'm being "rushed" out of the office. Furthermore, I have ALWAYS received a personal call from her with my test results as soon as she has them. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tan to family & friends.

I am surprised by the previous comments as I have been a patient for better than 7 years. I find her caring, interested, and not quick to administer unnecessary medication (which I personnally love!). She calls me with test results within a few days personally. She found a heart defect that I've evidently had since birth but had gone undiagnosed and screens me regularly. I have recommended her to my daughter and many friends. She is a wonderful doctor!

She wouldnt see me when I called after I was in serious pain. Said to take motrin and not to lift anything.
