I’ve worked in the mental health field for 26 years. I have a Master’s Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver Counseling Psychology program and I am a licensed therapist and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My professional experiences include working with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships, transitions, eating disorder recovery, and loss. I have served as a clinical supervisor and as adjunct lecturer at the University of Colorado, Denver Counseling Psychology Master’s Degree program.
I am passionate about helping individuals cultivate a healthier and more fulfilling life. In therapy, I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
