My husband and I had two unsuccessful IUI and IVF cycles under another doctor's care and turned to Dr. Keegan with the hope of a different outcome. Upon meeting Dr. Keegan, her passion for the industry and her positive, fresh perspective restored our hope. Unfortunately, the first IVF cycle did not result in a healthy pregnancy so the next cycle she collaborated with the IRMS team and tweaked the protocol. The retrieval was successful and we were lucky to send the embryos for PGS. We had 2 healthy, vital embryos and so the plan was to have a single FET, but Dr. Keegan wanted to maximize our chances and delayed the transfer. Dr. Keegan suspected a concern with my endometrium and referred me to a surgeon. I had laparoscopic surgery, confirming endometriosis. I never would have known. After healing and preparing for the transfer, I am 9 weeks pregnant. It is early, but I remain hopeful as Dr. Keegan and her staff always monitor with a careful eye and offer support. I was planning on writing this review for Dr. Keegan for a while and here it is! My husband and I went to Dr. Keegan to get help for having our first child, as we had bit tough time for a year. Although we had our own fears and doubts about having our baby, Dr. Keegan and her staff helped us to overcome the situation in a very nice way. To our surprise and by God’s grace, with couple of visits, I got pregnant naturally! Neither IUI nor IVF!! After careful examination on our case, Dr. Keegan guided us in the right direction with less complications!!! We really appreciate Dr. Keegan and her team for their service!! We are thankful to Dr. Keegan for her help at the right time! We strongly recommend her!

We came to Dr.Keegan because we were having difficulty conceiving our 2nd child. I was 41 and we had done one failed IVF cycle with another fertility doctor. That doctor was very discouraging about our odds of conceiving again, given my age despite the fact that we had a healthy baby girl. I got the impression that they did not want my case to effect their success. Dr. Keegan and her nurse Jenn worked with me on the 'whole picture'. They talked to us about options, and worked with us one one more IVF. Ultimately after a summer off, diet suggestions, thyroid medications etc, we tried IUI and were successful within ONE year. I am now 43 and just gave birth to our healthy baby boy. We are FOREVER grateful for Dr.Keegan and her whole team, including the amazingly friendly and helpful nurses, technicians and receptionists, who made me feel comfortable at a most discouraging time. My husband and I went to see Dr. Keegan to get help having a baby, after struggling for over a year. The first day we met her she calmed all of our fears, and told us we're going to make this happen for you. The whole process of infertility is stressful, but with the help of Dr. Keegan and her amazing staff they helped to make it easier on us. And after a few months of treatment with them, we are expecting! We are so great full to have Dr. Keegan help grow our family. We are forever greatful. Thank you.

Handled a catheter in such a way that resulted in a loss of 2 healthy blastocysts. How would you feel having to go through IVF only to experience this during transfer? I could have had a baby or 2 from those blastocysts...

IRMS, Dr. Keegan and all of the nurses/staff at East Windsor go above and beyond "standard care." They are conscientious, kind, proactive, and prompt. They are impassioned about what they do, and the satisfaction of their patients; not only from a treatment perspective, but from the patient's overall comfort and understanding of what they may be visiting for. As someone in the healthcare industry, this is an exceptional practice with fantastic leaders, nurses, and patient support. Dr. Keegan is a true luminary in women's health and fertility.

Dr. Keegan and her staff are incredible, on both a professional and personal level. Not only did they help me conceive both my children through their tireless and expert fertility services, but they were also a great emotional help to me whenever I needed support. They always made me feel comfortable and confident with the direction my treatment was taking, and I wish all my friends having trouble could see her! Dr. Keegan is that rare mix of doctor who is both extremely knowledgeable about her field, as well as just a wonderful human being who truly cares about her patient's success and well-being. I can't recommend her enough!!

Dr. Keegan will blow your expectations for a fertility doctor out of the water! Not only is she incredibly knowledgable but she has a heart of gold. Even in times of extreme stress and disappointment you will feel like you are in the hands of a true expert and someone who cares beyond the typical doctor in a white lab coat. At times you'll forget that Dr. Keegan is actually your doctor; her level of care and concern makes you feel like she's a friend! The first time I met Dr. Keegan, I immediately felt at ease. I felt as though I had known her my whole life. Her bright smile and positive attitude was just what my husband and I were looking for in a doctor. This whole process can be very emotional, stressful and overwhelming so it helps to have a doctor that can bring some sunshine into a dark situation. She makes you feel like you are her only patient and goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable with the services being provided. I believe in my heart that this is more than a "job" for her. This is her passion! Her staff is truly amazing and there is honestly no other place I would go!
