Dr. Debora Carole Daniel, MD

Dr. Daniel was my general physician for several years. While she is generally competent and able to help with many medical issues, I found that when I needed specialist testing done, her office is unwilling to do even the most rudimentary checking to see if the specialist they set me up an appointment with is within my insurer's network. This refusal of theirs to do this simple check delayed a necessary test for me by nearly 8 months. I would take a day off work only to find out when I got the the specialist's office that they were out of network and I would have to pay out of pocket. The particular test in question costs well over $20,000, so I needed it to be in network. Dr. Daniels, during my final visit with her, told me to my face that she didn't have enough people in her office to check on whether her referral's to specialists were in network. I responded that referrals to specialists in networks is part of her agreement with my insurance company! I've reported this to… them as a provider discrepancy, hoping she will be forced to do better by her insurer. There is no excuse for this office policy except that she doesn't want to hold her staff accountable for proper patient care and referrals.

I have great confidence in Dr. Daniel and her entire staff. Each visit has been a most positive experience...from calling and making an appointment with the people at the front desk to referrals for specialists to...everything! A big thank you to Dr. Daniel and her "Class A" staff!

I really liked Dr. Daniels as my physician. very competent, and thorough. unfortunately, she will no longer be accepting my supplemental insurance as 2019 rolls in. it took my wife and I a while to find the medical coverage that best fit my needs, so I will not be discontinuing that supplemental plan, but instead, find a new Doctor. all the best to Dr Daniels, and her excellent staff.

Dr Daniels is nice and efficient. Her staff on the other hand is incompetent. Bills are messed up all the time. They say you can't do certain things but you can, regarding getting past medical records. Their just lazy. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere which is to bad as the Dr is very nice.

I have always had great service and the staff is always friendly.

Nothing but good to say about Dr. Daniel.

Very disappointed in Bradley, been going to Dr. Daniels for few years, saw Bradley only needed refils, had some knee pain, so he gave me a srcipt, the medicine cause swelling, so I called on Friday, and ask for him to call, was going to see if I could get something different, still waiting on that call, so I guess its time to move on, if you arent cared for enough to get a phone call.

My first visit but I really liked Dr Daniels she was very thorough and I will continue to see her.

My entire family sees Bradley the NP and he takes his time with myself, husband and our children. He makes us feel comfortable and always answers all our questions! The staff is always friendly and courteous! I can call in the morning with a sick child and be see within just a few hours. I have never waited longer then 20 minutes in office which is wonderful!

She is snobby and I feel that just because she opened a new place in a tiny town were people don't have much choice for other options that she can make you feel tiny.
