Love Dr. Anderson, however to get an appointment in and out is impossible. Cannot do over a lunch period as you need two hours. They really need to focus on this. Lots of bad reviews concerning time. Also, get prescriptions refilled is difficult and a very slow process. Have to follow up and it takes several days for the pharmacy to receive presciptions.

We have always been able to figure out my medical problems. she always refers me to good specialist that fix me.

Dr Anderson is a great primary care doctor. she really cares about my health and wants to work with me to improve any issues that I might be having. The only critisism would be the wait time especially in the afternoon. Morning waiting time isnt to bad.

Dr. Anderson is so kind and efficient. She has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. She listens to my concerns with genuine interest and is not dismissive. The only down side is the wait. There have been several times that I have had to wait over an hour.

Dr Anderson is a very good Dr. I like her. And She spend time with me.

Holy cow. Once I waited an hour and a half. Once they said I didn't have an appointment...turns out I did but they had accidentally cancelled it. Did they apologize? No. I was there to get results of tests I was concerned about. They gave me an appointment the next day to see a nurse practitioner who didn't know why I was there. She wasn't interested in checking the enlarged lymph nodes I told her I had just noticed. I politely left and found another doctor who was thorough, listened to me, ran many tests and diagnosed my lymphoma. I'm so glad I changed.

If you have all the time in the world, then this is the doctor for you...this office is so disorganized, the office staff is rude and it takes forever just to get through to schedule an appointment. And, you have to schedule appointments a year in advance! She's an ok doctor but you can only talk to her about one thing that ails you per appointment - I never heard of such a thing! Totally ridiculous! And, if you need a follow up, well, good luck getting in!
