was going to add another review, however all Google lets you do is edit what you have. My son ended up at Dr Ashcraft's office after a horrifying experience with Augusta Small Smiles. They pulled my son's tooth while he could still feel it. After deciding I'd rather not wear orange, we decided to use Dr Ashcraft. I've never been so pleased with a dentist in my life. We began going when my son was 4, needless to say we still go every 6 months and now my 2 year old daughter is her patient as well. She is literally the best. Sometimes we have a longer wait time, but as a mom of two, who am I to ever expect our dentist to be on OUR time. She's absolutely not. I feel like some of these reviews are so petty. People truly have lost their human decency and it shows. The dentist office, like anywhere else is a service. Its not a right. I personally think she should stop seeing half these patients so they can take their children elsewhere and see how crappy the pediatric dentist are in our… area. My son has ALWAYS gone to the back on his own. Even with ADHD, she's NEVER filed fraudulent claims (including unruly all though we both know he can be), and has NEVER made my son uncomfortable. In fact, now he prefers the papoose just to help her out. Some of ya'll can take a page from his book. Hes been cavity free for years and she has ALWAYS rewarded him. It's the nicest thing ever. Dr. Ashcraft, if you read this, please hang in there! People suck. Unfortunately the CSRA is filled with ignorant bodies who think you owe them something. You absolutely don't. Keep trucking lady and on days that you have to deal with unruly jerks, please take a deep breath and know, you saved this mom's sanity. Our family is eternally grateful for your compassion, kindness, hardwork, and ability to keep going!!! THANK YOU!

I am leaving my children's visit today. I have six children that comes to this dentist. I keep their appointments two children at a time so I would have to make so many trips from Augusta to South Carolina. I have bragged on how good this dentist has been to many people. And those I have brag to have bring their children here. But I think this was very premature of me to give so many good ratings to other about this dentist. Four of my children have appointments coming up and the ones I took today I got treatment mixed up. So being that I feed my children thinking they were only here for a cleaning now they want me to bring them in separately. Mind you these two children have had five different treatment appointments in the past three months and I never made this mix up until today. Because my other children's appointment is right around the corner. I am looking for another dentist that will accommodate our needs and I will be going to the medical board. The thing that got me also, I… was very honest about my mistake. Also, I apologise several times because I know.it mess up their schedule. But was that taken into consideration...No. So thank you for your service but you have lost six patients.

My kids love Dr. Ashcraft & her staff!! The office is very clean & smells soo nice every time we go!

I brought my daughter who was your patient for 8 years to an adult dentist today, as she's too old to see you according to your secretary, the dentist showed us two teeth that have been filled that had NOTHING wrong with them and now I have to pay for your mistakes. Treat your patients like you do your livestock!!!

I didn't like the wait time. I sure don't miss it. The wait time to get called back made me hate going there. I didn't love being there, I didn't hate being there either. The wait time is ridiculous. I Left her office 3-4 years ago. Oh yeah be ready for her to say you have a cavity at each appointment. It's no way soneone can have a cavity at each appointment especially if they took care of their teeth. I pray she isn't a fraud but I supposedly had a cavity at just about each appointment.

She refused to let me back with my 4 year old. Tried to restrain my kids for first visit and cleaning. My kids love the dentist, don't need restraining. They said they put every small child in a papoose. My 5 year old said she was hit by Dr Ashcraft for talking too much. She wanted to do 6 fillings, 3 root canals and crowns, and to pull two teeth on my 5 year old, all while awake in a papoose that cost $50. Took her for a second opinion and she needed one filling only. For my 4 year old it was the same minus the teeth pulling. Second opinion, just one filling. I could not get a copy of the treatment plan to take home. She billed insurance for use of the papoose without my consent.

Caveat emptor. Get a second opinion before allowing any treatment. I did and the second dentist couldn't find the multiple cavities that she claimed were there and said they definitely did not need extensive work done like she wanted to do. Not to mention parents aren't allowed back and they will use restraints on your children if they don't sit quietly (for hours). Not okay.

If you love getting fillings and very patient then this is the place for you. I hated coming to see her. They have you waiting a hour or two. Oh yeah and be ready for her to say that you have a cavity after she looks at your teeth once you get your teeth clean. I hated that dentist.

She performs unnecessary treatments and surgeries in the OR.

Great Doc. Kids love her! Neat office.
