I can't thank Deborah Bishop and her staff enough for doing such an amazing job on my root canal retreatment. They eased my pain and repaired and retreated my root canal and managed to do it effortlessly even though I had multiple complications and even on the first visit after being squeezed into a full schedule they worked on me from 6:30-10pm and handled any further complications on my retreatment immediately and eased my pain and fixed everything so I would no longer be in pain when they were complete. This all was done in during the COVID-19 pandemic and I felt very comfortable because they took the precautionary measures that are required to keep myself and the staff safe in these trying times.

I was referred to Dr. Bishop by my Dentist. Her staff was accommodating and pleasant. That is more than I can say for Dr. Bishop who has a terrible bed side manner. She charged me $400 for Cone Beam Capture and my visit to her office. Which she never examined my teeth. Then she told me, she would have to do more extensive work that would cost me more money. Please do your research when being referred to a so-called professional because you can end up with medical professionals that are just out to make money. They don't care about their patients.

I was referred to Dr Bishop for a root canal which took place on MON 25 Nov 2019. I had been having various levels of pain in the top left rear upper molar for about 2 months. Dr Bishop was very thorough. As soon as the procedure was completed, I was given 2 Aleve tablets as a precaution. I left the office with no pain and have had no pain in two weeks. Dr Bishop phoned me Mon 25 NOV to check on how I was feeling. I highly recommend Dr Bishop and her staff. No pain during or after the root canal!

I had moved away from Huntsville but was back visiting. Went to my normal dentist who diagnosed a needed root canal under a crown. After calling around Hsv/Mad area, they found that Dr Bishop would take me. We started at 5pm on a Friday. The work quality was good and she called later that evening to check on me.

Recommended by my dentist and only one in the area that accepted Aetna dental policy recommended two root canal , ended up have one done . A year later came back to have the other done and developed a infection in the tooth that had to go see and oral surgeon . Was in so much pain and no compassion or sympathy given I will never return to this office not only did I have to have the tooth pulled she did a root canal on , but a wisdom tooth as well ! Such a waste time and money ! STAY AWAY

Dr Bishop did a tooth for me and charge me thousands of dollars she was recommended by complete dental; however,I kept having trouble with the tooth only to go back to complete dental and they told me that I needed to see her again. When I went to see her four more times to complain about the same tooth, she got tired of me coming and said it was a different tooth. I went back to complete dental and even went to a surgeon. They both told me that it was the tooth that she had worked on she has never agreed to fix that too wouldn't refund me any of my money and hasn't agreed to even see me again she is a terrible doctor who only cares about the money she shouldn't be practicing medicine because I don't have another 3500 dollars to give her or any other dentist to fix my tooth
