This individual is the single worst healthcare provider I have ever dealt with. Like every other review says, she is incredibly unfriendly and more interested in lecturing her patients than actually being helpful. She should not be practicing medicine.

Terrible! not friendly , told her clearly I have history of sinus infections and to look up my history with Summit health. She says shes not prescribing antibiotics and for me to take a covid test. Absolute Joke! Terrible demeanor and I will be disputing the visit!

Not friendly, not helpful. I am prone to sinus infections and she could not see the RX or history of my visits. Told me she is limiting providing antibiotics and told me to take a covid test. Per the reviews she should be banned from Summit Health. What a pill! ( pun intended) I will not pay for the 5 min service, will dispute it.

Not friendly, not personable. Was not able to look up my history on Summit Health to see that I am prone to sinus infections. Told me to take a covid test and have a nice day (basically). I explained my symptoms and sinus history but she had a different agenda. The absolute worst doctor I have seen virtually.

Outrageous price! They warned me that I would pay $79 then they billed me for $300.

Exactly as a previous review stated. This “Doctor” was completely dismissive, essentially told me to take ibuprofen and did not take my symptoms seriously which ultimately led to them developing further. Misdiagnosed a condition as allergies. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!

I had bad fall with my back on the ice in the driveway - went to CityMD for an Xray and examination - she said it would 3 to 4 weeks to heal - difficulty moving and sleeping because of severe pain - she refused to prescribe pain medication - told her Advil pills I tried had not effect - she suggested tylenol over the counter was good enough; then I asked for a letter to cancel my scheduled trip to Florida as I could not drive - she suggested I take the car by train - really ?

Horrible. I had a severe flu-like infection, and she gave me flonase and ibuprofen. Totally dismissive, and most importantly, did not help me feel better at all. Literally had to go back to the doctor the very next day. I saw her at City MD, to my misfortune.
