1. The visit was more than I expected, the examination was very thorough, a lot of question she asked 2. Dr. Freehling performed sinuplasty on me, everything went well 3. I liked that her office checked everything with my insurance about the scheduled surgery and informed me about the coverage I would definitely recommend her to my friends

My experience was good. The big positive is that she obviously is smart and competent. She doesn't waste time but she gave me straight answers to my questions, was very reasonable and realistic in how she approached things, and explained my options to me factually. I had no problems with billing. Her waiting room is small. Scheduling and parking were fine.

Dr Freehling took care of my ear surgery that the other ENT said was not possible to fix.

Bedside manner is the worst in my receiving an uncalled for, unkind, and untrue remark about my appearance that had nothing to do with my ear. To have waited only 5 minutes to receive such a catty remark would be unacceptable. Consider that I waited 50 minutes for this, in an overcrowded, chaotic, very small waiting room. Now I need to follow up with another ENT to finish the cleaning she should have been more thorough with.

My son had to go in for a ear infection evaluation and also was to be evaluated for tubes.Aside from being terribly rude she was completely incompetent around my son. She was agitated and made him more agitated.Her diagnosis was completely off the mark. I am certainly getting a second opinion.

Dr. Freehling should stick to her specialty. She volunteered to remove some skin lesions from my face - called herself a surgeon. Made me pay up front in case my insurance didn't cover it - then removed the wrong thing and left me with a scar in the middle of my cheek which I still have 4 years later! My insurance did cover it and it took 8 weeks and many phone calls to get my money back.
