Dr. Deborah Marie Freeman, MD

I believe the title says it all vile doctor.Wondering if she actually cares about her patients.

Before making an appointment to see Dr. Freeman, I had already seen another endocrinologist and was not impressed at all. Thank God I asked around and her name popped up. She was able to figure out what was going on with me after a very thorough verbal and physical examination. She listened to me attentively and from that was able to ask specific questions regarding my symptoms. She has been appropriate with ordering me to get blood tests as needed. Initially, I was told by the person who referred her to me that the wait time may be hours. Thank God she told me that because I went prepared with things to catch up on. The first visit from beginning to end was a 4 hour visit. Once she gets in the room with you, she does not leave until everything is completed. Now, when I go, I always take things with me to do in the waiting room and then in the examination room because there is more waiting there. That is the only drawback! The time that one spends there. In the long run, I don't mind… waiting because she is WORTH THE WAIT TIME TO BE SEEN!

I have never had such a bad doctor.

She is very attentive takes her time with patients

She is absolutely the best endocrinologist ever!! Spends a lot of time with her patients and truly wants to help them and understand what they are going through. She really listens to what you have to say and even though the wait time is long, I would would even longer just to be able to see her, she is that good! Believe me, you will not regret it. If you feel like you are having some type of health issue and other doctors do not believe you, she will listen and make sure nothing is wrong!

I've gone to her for years and like others always had to wait hours after your scheduled appt. i was happy when my appt was the first one in the morning and i thought great... no waiting... she was still late to the office by 1.5 hrs and i was 1st appt.. this is unacceptable. i heard she was the best but after that, i havent been back... and my appts were always short, i basically when in for hypothryoid medicine and once yr check up..

Doctor charges for late payments, will ruin you financially and report you to collections. Doctor will not release records.

Dr. Freeman is a terrific doctor. She's very thorough and spent as much time with me as I needed without making me feel rushed. She listened to my concerns and asked questions. She explained things very well. Those are the best things about her, and they are very important things. The only bad thing is the wait time, which is utterly ridiculous. I was told by her staff to call before I am ready to leave to see how far behind she is and am usually told to come later. Even then, I wait. I think she's a wonderful doctor, but one afternoon I spent three hours waiting, which is really unacceptable. So, I'm conflicted. Do I stay with her in spite of the lack of consideration for my time because she's a great doc, or do I look for someone else, who may be equally great but more prompt? The jury is still out on this.

Dr Freeman has been treating me for diabetes type II for the past 7 years. During that time my weight and A1C numbers have generally been declining.. Dr Freeman is very well versed in new therapies to treat my condition. Dr Freeman is friendly and takes her time with me.

most memorable was her unprofessional mannerisms when i overheard her speaking to her secretary about our conversation in the room ! And on another, i waited over an hour to see her, and after she finally came in the room she had left again to take a phone call... not to mention she did not like the fact that i did my homework on my illness and told her what i knew. at which point she became defensive... i was not telling her how to do her job, i was asking questions about what could help me to feel better.... not very happy with her....
