Therapist terminated client without notice, without referrals, without any discussion for 3 weeks. Unethical practice. Therapist very poor at understanding transference. States she knew about psychotherapy but did not. Eight costly consultants confirmed that the therapy was harmful and unethica. , Still thinking about malpractice. Therapist stated she was tired and taking sabbatical or ending her work. One year later that is not true. Her boundaries were misguided. In sum, she lied, humiliated, had little knowledge of ethics re ending and was deeply unethical.

The initial year was warm and curious. Mid 2nd year this writer wanted to pivot and she said she wasn't interested.She Went away on a month vacation, and without notice, explanation and without 2 1/2 for a visit, said she ended with me. After much consultation, colleagues were stunned. Therapist returned and I saw her twice. She abandoned me 1. No discussion and zoom notice way prior to a session.2. Refused t0 discuss why.
