Very rude front desk staff

In a series of events this doctor has proven her unprofessionalism. My mother was sick and was rushed to the hospital, I called to tell the doctor myself. She never followed up to see if she was okay or provide an action plan to ensure my mom progresses well. In addition, the week before my mom got sick I told the Doctor that my mom has lost a significant amount of weight. I begged for recommendations to give her to increase her appetite or help her gain the weight back. I left a message for the doctor. She never called me back. After these series of events with my moms health I had to quit my job to take care of my mom. I asked the doctor to sign some papers that would help me get financial help from the government while out of work so I can take care of my mom. Her assistant told me to drop the paper off on Friday and I told her I’ll pick it up on Monday. Monday came around, 3 pages that needed her signature weren’t done. Then I was told they’ll let me know when they can sign them. I… explained that I need to have the paper work by a particular time since I resigned from my job and my job will need to sign as well. When they finally got back to me they said you’ll have to wait until next week because the doctor is going on vacation. I have had numerous issues with this physician. I’m so glad my mom had me as an advocate because depending on this physician alone would leave my mom in a very scary place.

Unfortunately, I found her to be very disrespectful and rude . Her husband is very polite and professional . I stopped going because of unprofessional attitude . I would go there , she would roll her eyes and address my children and would ignore me . Unbelievable, she has seriously unprofessional . In addition refused to write me a prescription for a ointment I needed in which I had a prior diagnosis. She told me I didn't have . Her husband she really take note and address these issues .
